Troubleshooting Log In Issues & Resetting Your Tejik Password

Can’t Login or Forgot Your Password

If you’re unable to log in to your Tejik account or have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you are logged out of your Tejik account.
  2. Go to the Login Page for Tejik and select “Forgot your password.“
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Tejik account and click “Continue.”
  4. Check your email for a password reset link.
  5. Click on the password reset link in the email.
  6. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
  7. Enter a new password for your Tejik account.
  8. Save the new password and go back to the Tejik login page.
  9. Enter your email address and the new password to log in.

For your security, Tejik has a few requirements when setting a password:

  • Your password must be at least 6 characters long.

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

If you haven’t received the password reset email, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check your spam/junk and promotions folders in your email account. Sometimes, automated emails can be filtered as spam.
  2. Ensure that you entered the correct email address associated with your Tejik account. If you’re unsure about the email on your Tejik account, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team for assistance.

Additional Troubleshooting Options:

If the above steps didn’t resolve your login issues, you can try the following:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, stored data can cause login problems. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help refresh the connection to Tejik.
  2. Try a different browser: Switching to a different browser or using an incognito/private browsing window can help determine if the issue is specific to your current browser.
  3. Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions or plugins can interfere with the login process. Temporarily disable them and attempt to log in again.
  4. Reset your internet connection: If you’re experiencing network connectivity issues, try restarting your modem/router or connecting to a different network.
