To switch to a different plan in Tejik, follow these steps:
- Go to your Tejik website and log in to your account.
- Click on your Profile icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Organizations section.
- Click on the Settings icon for the desired organization.
- In the left-hand menu, select Billing.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing platform, where you need to log in to manage your account.
- Enter the email address associated with your Tejik account and click on “Send.”
- Open your email inbox and locate the email titled “Your Tejik customer portal login link.”
- Open the email and click on the “Log in” button to access your Tejik billing portal.
- Within the portal, select the “Update Plan” button.
- Choose a new plan from the available options and click on the “Continue” button.
- Review the changes you made and click on the “Confirm” button to finalize the plan switch.
