How Do I Update My Credit Card Information?

To update your credit card information in Tejik, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Tejik website and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your Profile icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Account Settings.
  4. Navigate to the Organizations section.
  5. Click on the Settings icon for the desired organization.
  6. In the left-hand menu, select Billing.
  7. You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing platform, where you need to log in to manage your account.
  8. Enter the email address associated with your Tejik account and click on “Send.”
  9. Open your email inbox and locate the email titled “Your Tejik customer portal login link.”
  10. Open the email and click on the “Log in” button to access your Tejik billing portal.
  11. Within the portal, find the “Payment Method” section.
  12. From here, you can “+ Add payment method” to update your credit card information.
